The rates below are inclusive of maid service, electricity and water.

Laundry can be done at extra cost and a cook can be arranged in the high season.

Your booking is secured by a 25% deposit, with the balance payable one month before the start of the rental.

An additional refundable deposit of 25% of the rental may be requested to cover breakages and damage.

The rates quoted are for one week with 4 person occupancy in the villa and 2 persons in the apartment; different occupancies and daily rates can be quoted if required, but a minimum rental of one week is preferred.

No contract will exist until a deposit and signed agreement have been received and confirmed.
