The Apartment is located below the terrace of the main house and has its own private entrance and parking. It overlooks a lush garden with fine views over Falmouth Harbour and the Yacht Club (pictured to the right).



The Apartment has its own terrace with large umbrella, table, and chairs. If it is used as part of a rental including the villa there is access to the villa's pool through the garden.



Maid service is included and laundry arrangements can be made at additional cost.

The main room of the Apartment is large and comfortable with satellite television, CD/DVD player, ceiling fan and air conditioning.



The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, small fridge, microwave etc.

There is a kingsize bed and the sofa makes into a queen-sized bed if needed.

The beautifully appointed bathroom (pictured to the right) is very large and fully equipped with a shower etc.
